Highway to Health: The Carrickfergus & Whitehead Highway to Health Programme is an exercise initiative aimed at beating heart disease and stroke. The 3.5km Carrickfergus route and 2km Whitehead route are so convenient that it's possible to take the Highway to Health during a lunch break from your place of work!
