This year Carrickfergus Borough Council celebrates May Day on 3rd May with an all new family day out. The May Day mini land train will be snaking its way through Marine Gardens picking up children on its way to all the activities on offer.
Little girls will be given the royal treatment with special ‘Princess Makeovers’ including special face painting, a tiara and a wand to complete the transformation. After all this pampering girls can retire to their inflatable Princess Castle complete with turrets and knights. For little action heros a new laser tag assault course will be available for the first time as well as the King Kong Activity Centre, Mega slide an superhero sumo suits for inflatable fun.
That’s not all- new this year will be the 9 hole mini golf area to keep dad entertained and caricatures to remember your day out in Carrickfergus. You can also look forward to all the usual favourites such as traditional May Pole dancing, balloon modelling, face painting, the flea circus and Punch and Judy Show!
