Civil Marriage In An Approved Venue
Civil marriages can also take place in an approved venue which has been licensed to hold marriage and civil partnership ceremonies, subject to the availability of a Registrar.

- Clarion Hotel
- Knockagh Lodge
If wishing to hold your marriage at an approved venue please check that the Registrar is available for the date and time required. Please note that Friday and Saturday are popular days. On a Saturday only one marriage can take place at an outside venue last time slot 1.00pm.
FEES PAYABLE
- Outside venue Monday - Friday - £134.00
- Outside venue Saturday - £252.00
CANCELLATION
If you change your plans or decide to postpone your ceremony, you must notify the Registrar as soon as possible. Both parties must complete a Marriage Notice form (link) and return to the Registrar with the required documents. Also an AP1 form must be completed this is obtained from the venue of your choice.
