Billy has served willingly on all Council standing Committees. During this time he has overseen development projects affecting the Borough including the Townhall renovations, Leisure Centre renovations, the seafront railings and resurfacing, the Marina upgrade, the additional play parks and multi-purpose play surfaces created throughout the Borough and the Eden allotments scheme.
A keen community activist he is in full time employment as coordinator of Carrickfergus Community Forum and is passionate about improving the quality of life for all the citizens of the Borough.
